The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the day wise Itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you  In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Way2journey shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Way2journey reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy  

Note :: Please note the rooms are depend on availability All local sightseeing in the same vehicle, every day after breakfast till sunset. (except arrival and departure dates) If the booking includes the extra bed it is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed, as per the hotel policy. IMPORTANT: Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable)  

Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment installment till the 2nd payment date: The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non-refundable. Cancellation after 2nd payment installment and before 3rd or final payment date: The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment installment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable. Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date: The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
