We are Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited. We look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel and holidays needs. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited, The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.

Travel Document:

It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.

Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket & in Mobile SMS along with a valid photo identity card of the passengers issued by the government authority otherwise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

Rates and Price Variations:

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by Customer or other Agents. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Payment Policy:

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card Net banking in INR. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within 2 months of your purchase. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

For international advance payments, you can use Bank / Wire Transfer and transfer amount into our bank account together with the additional charges levied by the banks. We also accept Cheque and cash in exceptional cases and for more options you can contact our team at [email protected]. You can avail net banking facility of respective banks there are 53+ Net Banking options available, In case, there is a short charging by Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

We are not storing any credit card / debit card information for any of the customers at any point of time.

This means that you can book offline from our website any services like bus ticket, flight ticket, hotel, tour package or any other services which we offer but subject to availability if not available will advice you the other options, and the price of the service may change according to availability; note booking will be done offline after receiving payment from you, payment can be made online or offline you can request to our executive will collect payment for that you need to contact us on: +91 9019 100 900

This Site is only for your personal use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by distributed, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it and the website will be uninterrupted, or that its Content will be accurate, complete or timely.


The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We are known for providing convenience to the customer on every step of their journey. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited here by provides our customers with a structured Cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Guest

If the Guest decides to cancel the Tour / journey for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited.

Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.

Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Under this policy:

  •   The cancellation request should be raised within 7 days of confirmation of package.

  •   Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited will reject the cancellation request if the orders have been communicated to the destination experts and the process of booking the package has been initiated.

  •   If the tour package is cancelled, the refund would be processed in 10 working days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request.

  •   In case of any natural calamities, the cancellation request for tour packages will be refundable depending upon the situation and no enforcement for refund will be granted or considered.

  •   If the client is not available on the booking date due to his personal issues, then he/she will have to bear any increase in the package charges on his own.

  •   Any change in the final itinerary after booking confirmation will attract penalties and price difference (if any).

  •   The cancellation refund can vary on your package booked and same shall be communicated to you by our office at the time of booking.

  •    Refunds are being processed within 10 days period however; we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank.

  •   Any increase in the price charged by Company on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by Government shall have to be borne by customer.

  •   Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.

The guidelines provided by our destination experts will overrule the above policies depending on the circumstance. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited will be final and binding.

Cancellation by us

In case if a tour is cancelled from our end, then the full refund of the amount paid by the guest will be made within 7 days of Cancellation of the service. Alternatively, the guest can take any other tour / journey option suggested by the Travel Advisor or can utilize the tour amount paid in any of Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited future booking within one year’s time. In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc. No refunds will be made for unused services where a client terminates the service after it has commenced regardless of reason.

Guest Baggage:

Guests are responsible for the transit of their own baggage. Any porter charges or tips for services rendered to carry baggage to the rooms will be paid by Guests to the service provider directly. Baggage allowance and policies differ by airline. Some airlines do not provide a free baggage allowance and will charge additional fees for checked baggage. If you require specific information about baggage allowance, or require further information, please contact us before you book.


It is mandatory to contact Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at

All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.

The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card.

On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).

Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

Please note that infants under 2 years of age (international flights) and under 3 years of age (domestic flights) are not allocated a seat.

Note: The Cost of the airline ticket is valid subject to the availability of the airline seat

Tour Package:

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you or your travel agent of them at the earliest possible date. If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you or your travel agent as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the amendment as notified, purchasing another holiday from us (if available) with the price difference payable/refundable as appropriate. We accept responsibility for ensuring that the package booked with us is supplied as described. If any part is not provided as promised, due to the fault of employees, agents or suppliers, we will pay you appropriate compensation for the services not provided to you, if this has affected your enjoyment of the package; Packages are subject to Industrial norms & guidelines.

Note: Holiday packages booking 50% Advance payment it’s non- refundable. If any refund it will take 30 working Days after submitting the cancellation letter


Please note that hotels and room upgrades are listed as per your reservation. Please be aware that hotel grades and hotel standards do vary between countries. Any transfers, breakfasts or late checkouts that you have booked and prepaid will be shown on the vouchers.

Note: two star and budget hotels generally contain limited facilities and standards vary quite considerably across this hotel grade.

  •   The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.

  •   Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

  •   In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel.

  •   On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount.

  •   Cancellations can be done online as well through call.

  •   Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

  •   If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly.

  •   We do not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours.

  •   All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.

  •   Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

  •   Note: Hotels are subject to availability if not available will advice you the other options of the hotels the price of the hotel will also change


Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of our company. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only scheduled timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like breakdown, traffic jams etc., however the bus will not leave the Source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited is not responsible if the customer waiting at wrong boarding point. The customer required to co-ordinate with bus operator for exact arrival of the bus and boarding point location Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as NO-SHOW passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. Bus Operators reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel by the Bus Operators. While boarding the bus the Passengers need to show valid e-Ticket and a photo identity with Date of Birth mentioned on the card issued by one of the government authority (like Driving License, Passport, Ration Card, PAN Card / Voters Card etc.), otherwise they will be denied boarding.

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law

  •   The bus operator reserves the right to change the customer seat number.

  •   Partial cancellation of Bus ticket is not available.

  •   Rates are applicable for Indian market only.

  •   Male passengers beside to female passenger confirmed seats are not allowed.

  •   Reschedule of Bus ticket is not available.

  •   The cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another.

Note: Cancellation charges levied by Bus operator will be applicable at the time of cancellation. We do not charge any cancellation charges on its own.

Travel Insurance:

Insurance is not included in the tour cost unless specified or required by the specific consulates for issuance of visa. Usually, overseas mediclaim insurance covers hospitalization, medical emergencies and loss of passport; hence the we strongly recommends that Guests buy the insurance. Guest should settle all insurance claims with the insurance company. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall not be responsible for settlement of any claims for the Guest as insurance is a separate service. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited does not have any control on these service providers. Insurance, if any provided as a part of the service/ product by Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall be as per the terms and conditions of the insuring company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes and Excursion Private Limited shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.


Seating arrangement in the coach shall be strictly on first come first serve basis. In the coach, seating allotment shall start from seat number 5 onwards as 1st and 2nd seat is reserved for the tour managers and the 3rd and 4th seat is reserved as premium seat which if available can be booked by the Guests at an additional cost. Company reserves the right to allocate premium seats. There is a strict “no smoking”, “no alcohol” and “no eating” policy in the Coach. Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach while sightseeing. Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach. If the coach is accidently or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.


Visa permits Guest to enter another country and for tourists generally short term visa is granted by the respective consulates, visa facilitator and generally we assists Guests in preparing visa documents, submitting it and collecting passport from the consulate may call the Guest for a personal interview even after all relevant documents have been submitted. Also Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited is not responsible for any kind of error caused by the consulate. Issue of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate; Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited does not have a hold on the decision of the consulate and cannot object to it either. In addition to passport requirements, visas for certain countries are required. These can either be obtained in the country of residence prior to departure or on arrival at immigration or a visa processing desk. Full details about the specific visa conditions and requirements to obtain visas for each specific country can be obtained from consultant or from your embassy and/or consulate e in the client’s native country.


Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond the control of the Company (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited shall, in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client in case of:

  •   • Any loss of life, limb or property, sickness, delay, discomfort, additional expenses incurred by the Client, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind suffered by client howsoever caused arising out of any act, omission, default of any Independent Contractor or by any servant or agent employed by the Independent Contractor or third person who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, meals, transportation, entertainment, refreshment or any other service comprising the tour package.

  •   • Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers despite having confirmed tickets or cancellation or change of route or delay of flights.

Other travel arrangements

Air Ticket, Rail Ticket and Bus ticket cancellation charges will be as per actual. As per Vendor Policy.

Brochure Policy

Brochure means tariff rates and tours related information published by Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited from time to time for the respective years. After arrival of new brochure all old tariff cards and tours related information stands cancelled unless specified.

Health & Safety

Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited value health and safety as its top priority in the selection of product and provision of its services. All clients are encouraged by our guides to follow the safety regulations for any service provided. We check hotels, restaurants and other suppliers to ensure they meet our health and safety standards before recommending them to any of our clients. You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor.

Suppliers' Conditions

Please note that, as between you and any of the suppliers whose services form part of your booking, the suppliers' standard terms and conditions will apply. Credit Policy for Travel Agents

If any travel agent avails services from the Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited using credit from the company and fails to clear the credit in certain days, we can take legal action against him. In such cases, Firm lawful steps can be taken, if any cheating is found by the travel agent.

Our Staff:

We pride ourselves on the quality and friendly professionalism of our staff. In our search to continually try and improve our level of service, we are committed to on-going training, part of which involves the recording of phone calls.


If a problem occurs, whilst you are travelling, you must inform the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel, tour operator, car rental company, airline) immediately so that the matter can be put right. If the supplier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, at the time, you must also contact us immediately by telephoning Bengaluru Office +91-9019 100 900 so that we are given the opportunity to help. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you must write to us within 5 days of your return, quoting your original booking reference and giving all relevant information. Failure to take these steps will hinder our ability to resolve the problem and/or investigate it fully and in consequence, any right to compensation you may have may be extinguished or reduced.


Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Bengaluru and the Company has its Registered Office in Bengaluru, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in court / forum / tribunal in Bengaluru India alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

Usage of mobile number of the user by Way 2 Journey Excursion Private Limited.

The Company agrees to send booking confirmation & itinerary information & update the USER on the booking status and any further itinerary information via SMS (short messaging service) on the mobile number given by the USER at the time of booking. The USER hereby unconditionally consents such intimation via SMS by the Company in accordance with the 'Do not disturb' guidelines of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or such other authority in India and abroad.
